These terms govern the use of graphet.ai and the information published on it. By using the site you accept them.

What this site is

The site advertises that the domain name graphet.ai may be acquired. It is published by Hobby.com E.A.S., which holds the registration.

No binding offer

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Information about availability and terms is an invitation to negotiate. No contract exists until both parties have signed a written agreement, or until a purchase has been completed through a marketplace whose own terms then apply.

Availability and terms may change

The domain may be sold, reserved or withdrawn from sale at any time, and terms may change without notice. Submitting an enquiry does not reserve the name and creates no priority over other interested parties.

What is transferred

A sale transfers the domain registration and nothing else. No website, content, traffic, email history, trademark, trading name or goodwill is included, and no representation is made that any of these exist.

Buyer's due diligence

You are responsible for satisfying yourself that your intended use of the name does not infringe the rights of any third party in your jurisdiction. Ownership of a domain registration is not a trademark right and confers none.

How a transfer is completed

Transfers are handled through marketplace escrow. Funds are held by the escrow agent, the authorisation code is released to the buyer, and settlement follows once the domain reaches the buyer's registrar account. The buyer must hold an account with a registrar able to accept .ai registrations. Registrar and escrow fees are borne as agreed in writing before the transfer starts.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on information published on it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay, and the courts of Asuncion have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory protection available to consumers in their country of residence.
